Moe Elmuniaier was very pleasant and professional when he conducted my annual AC service and when he returned to do some additional maintenance on the unit.

Worst

Service Professional was efficient in work and knowledgeable regarding steam humidifier and tankless systems.

Fixing a broken faucet pipe 6/27/2016

Chris came out on time (actually earlier then scheduled and Swan called to ask permission) and did an excellent job of fixing a tricky PEX to copper pipe connection. Was a lower price then expected. Would highly recommend. TG more

Annual Maintenance ***** 6/24/2016

Today, we had Tyler come and provide us a with an annual maintenance tune up on our air conditioning and heating furnace. Tyler took the time to educate me on the items that will help us in maintaining our furnace and air conditioning to the maximum life cycle. I appreciated his patience and thoughtfulness in taking the time to explain how the system works and what we can do to make it more efficient, maximize it life span, and most importantly keep it safe for our family. more

Swan Plumbing and Heating 6/9/2016

Adam did a great job. He called me when he was on his way. When he got their he turned on the air conditioner and did the maintenance check. After he left my air conditioner did not turn on, I called him right away, he came back an hour later and fixed the problem......I didn't have the thermostat set correctly. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks Adam more

New furnace and AC install 5/18/2016

I called for a tune up on my AC and furnace and ended up needing both of them replaced ASAP! Jordan T had both units installed by the end of the next day! Great service, friendly and very knowledgable! Thanks !!! more

We are loyal customers of Swan because they are loyal to us! Prompt and professional service. I always recommend them to friends and family. We have had the same technician out several different times for plumbing and heating needs and we are always glad to see him because he goes the extra mile to take care of us. I had an emergency hot water tank replacement situation. Swan was extremely professional and responsive to ensure a service pro came ASAP. Chris H. was friendly, informative, and super fast to replace the tank. He even saved a gardener snake that was under my former tank! I highly recommend this company, their service, and their professionals! more
