Lisa, a heavy set lady whose hair style is a reflection of how she'll do your hair....was by far the worst hair cutter in all 25 years of getting haircuts. I should have known when i saw what she looked like and how she presented herself. I sat there. told her the style i wanted (Rihanna with the longer bob cut), she confirmed and ended up cutting my hair way shorter than we both agreed on (I looked like a mushroom cap), all the while telling me the cut looked great on me. Then she just kept cutting and cutting to the point where I looked ridiculous. it wasn't even cut evenly....she didn't even shampoo my hair and yet i paid the full price. Never go to LISA!!! remember her name. Pros: All other stylists are great there. She's been there for 2 years and still second to lowest position.. tells u something about her! Cons: Bad cut, bad stylist, bad hygiene (of Lisa), doesn't listen to what u ask for!!! more

I'll never try this salon again. I made an appt. for noon on Sunday, arrived ten minutes early, and then watched as my stylist took a walkin ahead of me, with NEVER A WORD TO ME. At 15 minutes after noon, a savagely disinterested front desk person handed me a coverup and pointed at the stylist's chair, where I sat for several minutes until the stylist brought the walk in out from the shampoo station and set up a hair coloring appt, telling me ""it'll be a few minutes."" I asked how many, and she said five, which was clearly untrue (nobody colors hair in five minutes), so I left. There was no attempt to apologize or acknowledge that I'd been treated badly and bumped for a walkin. I can only assume their hair cutting and styling skills are as bad as their customer service. Pros: great location Cons: worst customer service in history. You'd better be a friend of the stylist or you can kiss your appt. goodbye more

went in for a simple all-over coloring. came out with top half of my hair orange like carrot-top. horrible. couldn't even do a simple coloring job. my friend wanted a haircut with bangs. the same stylist merely trimmed her hair and didn't even shampoo it. my friend sat in the seat for no more then 15 minutes. the prices after everything was done ( for the both of us) was RIDICULOUSLY expensive! $95 for a color and $32 for a 15 minute trim! total waste of money! more

i went into regis at the stonestown mall, b/c i couldn't get an appointment with my regular downtown stylist. i wasn't really expecting much. i had the best experience ever! i wanted a funky version of my regular haircut, and was blown away by tracy. she gave me a super cool textured mid length cut. i get so many compliments! and, the price was to die for! everyone working there was laughing and having a great time with their clients, it was a fun atmosphere. plus, i was in and out of there in an hour. if you ever need a creative change, or are just looking for a cool, down to earth stylist, go see tracy, she's awesome!! Pros: fun stylists, parking is easy, appointments readily available Cons: none! more
