I came in and wanted to try out a Canon rebel TI2, josh was very patient, knowledgeable, and educated me on the different strengths of each camera. I am very happy and very surprised at his great customer service more

Great Store and Excellent Staff 8/26/2010

I just bought a camera from Precision. While I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, I was steered in a different direction and ended up with the perfect camera for me. Robert (who works weekdays only) is a wealth of knowledge and had a portfolio to back up his claims. He was very reassuring that he and the store stood behind my purchase and would make sure I was 100% happy with my decision or they would do whatever it takes to make it right. While you might be able to find some items cheaper online it isn't ALWAYS the case and I guarantee you won't get the same level of service you do from Precision Camera. more

I just want to let Precision know that I am extremely pleased with Rene H.in the lab. He always handles my orders with a smile no matter how confused I may come across. He gets my orders out and on time & if there are any mistakes he corrects them with the best attitude! I live far south & choose Precision based on Rene's work performance! more

It exceeded my expectations 7/6/2010

When i came in on August 14th, Eric introduced me to Robert and we talked and I felt much more secure, but still very concerned as I am so illiterate about this "stuff". I came back last monday, August 31st and picked up the DVD and my bag of envelopes with the pictures. Oh my, I was so excited to watch it both on my TV and my computer. It exceeded my expectations. The right music was selected by Robert and was perfect. more
