If you are a photo hobbyist, or a professional making a living, then you need to go to Precision Camera & Video. It is a family run establishment, and is the only real choice for photographers in Austin and Central Texas. You might think that a brick and mortar store cannot compete with the internet retailers in terms of price, but Precision's prices are comparable to any legitimate web site I have found. I recently bought a Nikon D70 from Precision, and the in-store price was lower than any of the online prices I could find. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they use fairly low-pressure sales techniques.
I highly recommend Precision Camera & Video.

We absolutely love Alison Eden. We have used her for 3 years and she has done 6 different shoots for us. She is so easy to work with, very flexible, and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is extremely creative and also very open to your own ideas.

I was so happy with the quality of Brett's pictures--the lighting, background, etc. They are truly magazine quality. In addition, he captured countless beautiful moments that we would have forgotten about. Brett did a variety of shots--detail, wide-angle, portraits...everything we had asked that he do. Brett was also a pleasure to have a around--calming, professional. Photos are so important because through them, you can relive your wedding day. You can also experience all of the details that you missed through photos, so be sure to go with a great photographer like Brett!

I needed to sent out 14 boxes for my son. When I called the store, the lady was very helpful and explained me everything. I took my boxes at th store around 5:00 PM. The staff was very polite. They help me unload all the boxes . The address that I gave to them was not recognized in their computer. They were very patient while I made several calls and finally was able to get correct address. By the time I was done with shipping it was past their closing time. One of my box was falling apart and they even gave me free box. I will always recommend my friends to go over their. Thank you guys for your help.

This is by far my favorite location of HEB. I have shopped at almost all of them in town and I keep coming back to this one, even though it’s not on my normal beaten path. Their produce is always super fresh, and they have a phenomenal seafood and fresh meat section. I love that this location has recently started selling all fresh salmon, even though they do still carry farm raised. This location is always clean and has tons of registers open at all hours.

Sherwin Field took my very first professional family photo. He was very professional and very gifted in his ability to capture our family's personality.
His attitude was upbeat throughout the whole shoot which kept my family focused - especially my wiggly 12-year old. He made it all easy and fun.
He also does corporate photography (comes to the business) and sports photography. Both of which we'll consider using in the future.

I have been taking my digital photos to Ritz for years now. The quality is much better than any Walgreens or WalMart photo center, and the price is not that much higher. They captured the blues and greens of Hawaii perfectly. On thing to note: They automatically add borders to the photos for a professional touch, but you can ask them not to do that if you prefer. The service here is friendly as well.
