Before I dined at Pierres, my impression of French cuisine consisited of three things: overpriced, small portions, and slow. After I sipped the remains of my vanillia latte, and ate my last spoonful of creme brulee, it had dawned on me that Pierre's managed to shatter the steroetypes that served as my foundation for French cuisine . This was by far the most enjoyable dinning experience I've had in the Twin Cities. With a modest, yet classy atmosphere, the servers work extremely hard to get your meals out to you as fast as possible. I felt they were very knowledgable when choosing which wine suited our meal best. The appitizers (puff pastry with brie, and pear salad) were extremely enjoyable. After very generious portions for the entrees, we had the pleasure of enjoying an unbelievable creme brulee. The entire meal was the certainly the most resonably priced for the quality of food we got in the cities. I definitely recommend this restaurant for virtually any occation.\r
