Paradise Harley-Davidson

Paradise is simply great! Some of the bad reviews on here are quite old and don't reflect the values they have today. They take great care to make sure 100% of their customers are 100% satisfied. Their service team is top notch and have some of most experienced technicians in the Portland market. The value that they have provided me as a customer has always more than justified what I've paid for a motorcycle, service, part or clothing item. more

I am very surprised to see any bad reviews, even though they appear to be very old. My husband has bought 2 bikes at Paradise H-D, neither of them Harleys. He is working his way up and started with a smaller 250, and traded in for a Triumph they had for sale. We have had excellent treatment, even though we were not buying a Harley. Everyone from the Motorclothes girls, to the bike sales, and everyone in-between has been fantastic. I would definately recommend this shop, and have to several friends who were also very happy with the service they received. more

You can spend tons of money there on bikes and service, I've bought my fair share over many years. When your not spending, you quickly loose your rating in the store and your special treatment seems to vanish. The dollar rules here and this is understood. Customer loyalty doesn't really rate unless your greenbacks are there to back it...They say it's a family, It's a business that's what it is. Spend wisely.... more

My lucky day! I got the green light from my wife to purchase a new bike a few years ago. I first went to the local Honda dealer and went to walk in and was stopped at the door and was told the store is closing in 15 min. I thought that is ok I do not need that long. I had the OK from my wife. I was then told to stop and leave they wanted to close. I then drove down the road to Paradise HD and was invited to come in and how can we help you. I shared with Mike that I wanted a Black and Chrome bike, I road out on a Fatboy within the hour. Since 2004 I just made my 5th Harley Purchase of which 4 have been from Paradise Harley. The Team at Paradise are great people to work with. I would highly recommend Paradise Harley to anyone who is seriously thinking about buying a new or pre owned Harley.I have always felt like I recieved a very good deal from Paradise. Everyone goes out of their way to help you feel like part of the family. more

Penny wise and POUND FOOLISH. Brought my bike in for a re-repair under the extended warranty plan and they tried to hit me up for the $50 deductible. When I pointed out that my bike had been there before for the same repair, they first claimed they needed authorization, then said ""Well, that was two years ago."" Apparently the contract didn't mean anything and/or I am not supposed to actually RIDE the bike. They absolutely would not give me my bike back without $50 - which is the last $50 they'll ever see from me. Adding to this, they never gave me a copy of the service order (might be evidence?) What's ironic is that I tried to give them at least some business (I bought my bike there, with the $800 extended warranty). Their prices are very high, and I do most of my own work. So in the interest of making $50, they kissed our future relationship goodbye. I ride a lot of miles. I'll be looking for another bike in a couple more years. It would not surprise me if they weren't around to sell it to me. more

I bought a brand new V-Rod while I was in Iraq from the factory and had it delivered through Paradise. They were awesome, as I had them put a few accessories on it to prepare for my Sturgis trip upon my return last summer. They e-mailed me to let me know everything was ready and they even sent me pictures. I coordinated for a friend to pick-up the bike and they made it happen. \r \r Unfortunately I had a few issues with the motorcycle (factory issues) but the Paradise service department took care of the problems immediately under the warranty.\r \r I have had them tune-up up my Buell Firebolt as well. \r \r I have not had a bad experience in any of my numerous dealings with this shop. My friends in the area that have Harley?s use this shop as well for factory services.\r \r Paradise HD has a very knowledgeable staff and great mechanics, all of whom are energetic, professional and courteous. more

me and my husband have bought 2 new bikes there ,my husband was treated great got lots of free bling,when i bought my bike they did not even give me a harley davidson keychain;-( its been a few years since i bought we went in last weekend and bought a rack for dh bike they did not seem interested in the sale,but we wanted the rack so we bought it ,this is a good business for the most part the showroom is nice they have lots of great gear when i bought my bike i had saddlebags installed and they had to move my taillights ,we had them leave my bike outside since we could not pick it up during business hours, my taillights did not work! was shocked that they did not check their work,we took it back and they fixed it they did not seem to concerned about our inconvience I went to a great bbq there once and signed up for service on my bike they were supposed to call me to set up an appointment,they did not and when i called they had to double check i was on the list to receive the tiny discount they had offered Pros: nice showroom Cons: not woman friendly more

I had an incredible buying experience at Paradise Harley-Davidson. Not only is the facility beautiful but the employees were exceptional! They treated me right on the price of my new bike and the service department has been great. I hightly recommend this dealership. more

Paradise cares about their customers. When you purchase a bike from paradise you have become part of a family. All departments are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am always treated kindly and attentively by employees. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or service their bike. more

Danielle, "The Chrome Queen" knows more about customizing and fitment than anyone around. \r Friendly staff in all departments.\r They have the latest equipment in their repair shop done by Harley trained mechanics. more

Tigard is a small distance to drive from our part of town so when we went to take my husbands Road King in for some work, we were a little bummed (to put it mildly) that when the bike was returned, a part was missing -- I forget the name of it. Anyhow, all worked out in the end (they replaced the part) but not after it was inferred that we were the ones who brought it in with it missing to start with. Try Latus in Gladstone if you live on the East side of Portland. more
