I bought a brand new V-Rod while I was in Iraq from the factory and had it delivered through Paradise. They were awesome, as I had them put a few accessories on it to prepare for my Sturgis trip upon my return last summer. They e-mailed me to let me know everything was ready and they even sent me pictures. I coordinated for a friend to pick-up the bike and they made it happen. \r

Unfortunately I had a few issues with the motorcycle (factory issues) but the Paradise service department took care of the problems immediately under the warranty.\r

I have had them tune-up up my Buell Firebolt as well. \r

I have not had a bad experience in any of my numerous dealings with this shop. My friends in the area that have Harley?s use this shop as well for factory services.\r

Paradise HD has a very knowledgeable staff and great mechanics, all of whom are energetic, professional and courteous.
