Both my mood and my back have improved immensely. 11/24/2011

Woke up this morning feeling fresh which was wonderful after a week of hobbling around until I had a hot shower and stretch. Both my mood and my back have improved immensely. What has really hit me though is my sense of smell. I hadn?t really noticed it before but it was as if I had cotton balls in my nose and the adjustment removed them. This morning I can smell the rain, the mexican restaurant down the street and any number of other things. more

I?m now able to roll my head and arms around with no pain 11/23/2011

I lived with a dull, achy pain running down the back of my neck and shoulders for more than a year before finally visiting a chiropractor. I also felt clumsy and uncomfortable because of a slight but growing difference in my leg lengths. Dr. Denny did a thorough analysis and found misalignments and a series of tight ropy muscles in my spine that were preventing me from experiencing a full range of motion. She developed a treatment package that included adjustments to my hips, back and neck, as well as deep tissue work on the muscles along my spine. I?m now able to roll my head and arms around with no pain or tightness, enjoy a more flexible range of motion in my back, and walk with more balance and evenness. more

Relaxing! 1/25/2010

I've been going to Denny Lonna DC for the past 3 months. I've always flip flopped between massage places, but once I found Denny Lonna DC, I found my massage home. They offer a variety of services that range from massage (with varied forms and styles) to Lymph drainage, acupuncture and much more.\r \r Their hours are very accommodating to all work shifts, as they are open from 7am-7:30pm most days. With 7 therapists on staff, you are more then likely to find someone you like. Any time I've ever needed an emergency session, they have always been able to fit me in. \r \r Their prices are fairly standard, with the owner charging slightly more as she has many more specialties. more
