Deserves another chance 7/12/2011

The staff at this One Price Cleaners have provided great service for a very reasonable price, and always with a smile, for about four years. I hope you'll give them another chance. A few months ago, a Jack Brown Cleaners' sign appeared on the store. A 24 Hour drop off drawer has been added. Also, you can choose to have your dry cleaning ""delivered"" to a locker, in a room separate from the main store. I think the 'locker room' is open 24hrs. Only you have the combination. No need to hurry to the dry cleaners before it closes. They give you a key (well, sort of). Check it out for specifics. more

SAVE YOUR MONEY 10/11/2008

They put several tears in my pants that I brought them. When I spoke to an employee about it, they finally responded by saying that it was already like that. There is no way that I had been wearing my pants with these tears in them. They refuse to take responsibility and there is nothing you can do about it. They gave me a number to complain to corporate about it and when I called, it was a recording saying,""please don't call here for complaints."" You just get the run around from everyone. It is a joke. So save your money and don't go there. And yes, Jack Brown does their cleaning which isn't a surprise. Cons: they will ruin your clothes more

Horrible Experience - Never Going Back 10/11/2008

DO NOT GO HERE. I dropped off 3 pants/2 shirts to be dry cleaned on a Saturday. They weren't ready until Wednesday after 5:00, but I was willing to accept that since it was so cheap. However, 2 of the 3 pants had lining practically shredded. The third pair didn't have lining, so One Price was not given the opportunity to destroy this one. One of the pant leg's lining was almost completely detached, it was torn so bad. I was told that my pants damage was from ""normal wear and tear"". Sitting at my desk all day does not cause multiple huge gaping holes. They had also pressed 2 or 3 wrinkles into all 3 pairs of pants. My shirts came back to me seemingly unpressed. Cons: Ruined my pants, didn't press my other clothes, bad customer service more

Crappy service - horrible customer service 7/25/2008

The ruin your clothes - expect you to spot treat everything, do not go out of their way to service customers. Discount cleaners - they should be called throw your money away here and do not expect any service. They ruined 2 pairs of my pants. Elastic was overheated and now they have no elasticity. You are only saving about 1-2 bucks per item. Pay the money and get a real cleaner. Do not use Jack Brown either - as they own this cleaner. Cons: Ruined clothes more

Worst cleaners and bad ethics - They gave my coat away after 30 days 7/25/2008

I had used their service a couple of times. Only for items that cannot be ruined. If you pay cash - Never pay with a twenty - the woman always says she does not have change and after complaining for 5 minutes - she magically has it. I recently dropped off a coat and went on some business trips. I came in to pick up my Coat - they said it was not there. I asked where it was - they said they do not know - After 30 days they get rid of items. They have my number and never called me. I asked why not - they said they get in trouble for calling customers. Curious. So they get in trouble for providing customer service. Left messages at corporate - They are the low end part of the Jack Brown Cleaners company. No one called me back. Nothing on the receipt said to pick up within 30 days. They have a small sign in the store on a side wall on a crowded employee bulletin board saying not responsible for items left over 30 days. What kind of back woods operation? I know they are discount - but they are part of Jack Brown Cleaners whose logo is ""It's Right, It's Ready, or It's free."" They should really say - if you are getting a discount - do not expect service and if you fail to pick up in 30 days - kiss your clothes goodbye. They are probably selling them and making money that way. Do not use this service. Also - agree with pet hair comment on other posting. They should just close their doors and send those employees to work in the cleaners - not with customers. Pros: Cheap Cons: You do not even get what you pay for - substandard service more

TERRIBLE! The nerve of this company... 2/18/2008

I have used several discount cleaners before and decided to try this one again; it had been a couple of years. When I picked up my clothes, I was told by the employee that the women who clean my clothes said there was pet hair present on some of the garments and that I needed to clean them first before submitting them to be cleaned by One Price. Pros: Sure it's cheaper - but for having to do part of the job yourself, why bother? Cons: They want you to pre-clean before you bring it in for them to clean the garments more
