Review content:
They put several tears in my pants that I brought them. When I spoke to an employee about it, they finally responded by saying that it was already like that. There is no way that I had been wearing my pants with these tears in them. They refuse to take responsibility and there is nothing you can do about it. They gave me a number to complain to corporate about it and when I called, it was a recording saying,""please don't call here for complaints."" You just get the run around from everyone. It is a joke. So save your money and don't go there. And yes, Jack Brown does their cleaning which isn't a surprise.
