Review content:
The ruin your clothes - expect you to spot treat everything, do not go out of their way to service customers. Discount cleaners - they should be called throw your money away here and do not expect any service. They ruined 2 pairs of my pants. Elastic was overheated and now they have no elasticity. You are only saving about 1-2 bucks per item. Pay the money and get a real cleaner. Do not use Jack Brown either - as they own this cleaner.
