Read the fine print, because I didnt. Figured I could get a full refund on my credit card if I wasn't happy with the jacket I ordered, like most online stores. Come to find out that I can only get credit. So to this day,its been a year and a half, I have tried to use my credit but continue ordering and returning items because I am not satisfied with the fit or color. As I continue to order and return clothing, they charge me for shipping and handling and I keep paying for the S&H back to them. So I've probably used about 20 dollar or more for merely shipping and handling. This is ridiculous. If you are interested in their stuff, youre better off driving out to their store. This is a pathetic and poor tactic on Matthew's behalf to gain profit from their site. Try better customer service to get more customers. Instead of pissed off customers. Only perk is that they respond to your emails.
