We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I ordered a desk on-line in May. My credit card was immediately charged. In June I was informed by Liz, a customer service rep, that the desk was no longer available so I had to cancel my order. She said she would charge the $1445 back to my credit card. This didn't happen. I then spoke to Denise who told me that she whould take care of it. Again, nothing. I have been calling and e-mailing the store to date (Septmeber 28) and am told by everyone I speak to that they absolutely can't speak at the moment but will look into the issue right away and call me back. I have not received a call back. Finally decided today that as inconvenient as it is, I will have to file a lawsuit.
