Les Schwab

This is by far my favorite auto related place!! Located right off Hwy 99 in McMinnville, it's very easy to find...lots of parking and a large waiting area inside with free coffee, popcorn, newspapers, and TV. And just like the commercials say, they really do come running out as soon as you park!! Everyone is so helpful and nice, whether your getting your car worked on or just paying the bill, the personnel are great! They excel in their customer retention and customer service abilities. They are extremely considerate and polite. Could not find a better auto store anywhere. Only downfall is that I wish they matched competitors prices and/or coupons, but they've got great prices none the less and any price difference is definitely made up for in their wonderful totally free warranties!! If you so much as think your tire looks low you can just drive right up and ask them, they almost jump at the chance to fix it and show off their great customer service! more

I recently brought my car into Les Schwab needing to get my tires inflated. I have never been good at putting air in my tires my self. I told the people at Les Schwab that one of my tires had been losing a lot of air lately and that I was not sure why. Within 30 minutes Les Schwab had found a small hole in my tire and repaired it, balanced and rotated my tires. And the best part about it was they did it all for free. They just told me to come back and buy my tires from them next time I needed new ones. I know where I am going to buy tires next time I need new ones. more
