I have to share my experiences with this Les Schwab store and with Gresham Tire (aka Tire Factory) at 17650 SE Division. I have a 1985 Nissan, about 125,000 miles, and have used this Les Schwab for tires, batteries, brakes, CV joints and shocks. Having gone to Les Schwab less than a year ago for a tire rotation, I was told my brakes were "about 50%" and would probably need replacement in about a year. Sure enough, this fall I started hearing the squealing of brake cyllenders, so I took it in to Les Schwab to get a quote. An hour later, they quoted me "$280" for the front brakes only. They claimed the rear brakes were "sealed" and that they couldn't get the drums off without breaking the bearings. Also, they couldn't get to this until five days because it "was hunting season and they get a lot of hunters in this time of year".
