Instead of getting "worked with," like the guy told me, I got worked. I took my truck in for diagnostic, which was supposed to be charged, but they "graciously" waived it (See other posts on their diagnostic test). After an entire weekend of looking at it, they quoted me $1600. I couldn't even tell anything was wrong. Either way, I told them they could work with my $400 budget by picking the most crucial repair. They couldn't do it. When I come in to pick up my truck, the ignition doesn't work. I can't turn my truck on!!! They looked at me like I had set them up and asked me half a dozed times, "Are you SURE its never done that before?" Duh! How was I supposed to have gotten my truck here in the first place!!! Oh and what a coincidence, the ignition repair that never showed up until it was under their care cost me, surprise surprise, $400! I got had. And to make matters worse, the guy still tried to sell me tires when I was signing the receipt. I will not be returning to Lamb's. Nightm
