I took my car in because the brakes were soft. The Asst. Manager, Ron, called me later that day to tell me that my entire brakes system was out. He said he had never in his life seen something so wrong with brakes, but that it could be fixed for $2300! He also said this was WITH the ""family discount"" that he would give his grandmother. He advised me not to take it anywhere else because the brakes were so bad that I could basically die trying to get there. WELL...I took it to the place I bought it from, and was charged $200! I am horrified that someplace could use my ignorance about cars and fear of dying to try to con me out of $2300.
