It seems to be easier to complain than to compliment! That said I do feel the staff at this cute little shop could work on the ""friendly factor""! People who consign should be prepared for rejection of their items - after all - they didn't want them! However, the people themselves shouldn't end up feeling rejected, you know? I have found some nice things at this store (good quality sweaters, designer jeans for example) and will continue to patronize since it is in my 'hood.
UPDATE: I have consigned here a few times and have decided to look elsewhere. It's kind of weird - this is a nice neighborhood and the store is convenient with cute things. But the owner is simply chilly. She often doesn't even say ""Hi"" when I come in the store, and even though I've been in a number of times I always feel like she has NO idea of who I am and is not interested. Part of shopping, esp. in a used clothing store, is having fun. This place just isn't fun.
Pros: Cute stuff, Multnomah Village location
Cons: Lacking the ""friendly factor""
