I have a ton of nice name brand clothes that I'm in the process of consigning. Three times I went there to find a hand written note on the door saying they would not be taking anymore consignment that day sorry for any inconvenience. I then called to see if they would be taking it that day and they said they could, but couldn't go through it that day because the owners weren't there. I finally get to drop off one bag of clothes and was told that I would get a call the next day to pick up any remaining items they didn't choose. I hadn't heard anything, so i called today to find out that they chose 6 items and donated the rest. All of my items are name brand, with no stains and I probably could have consigned somewhere else. I was told by the owner on the phone that none of her girls would say that, and that it's my word against theirs. They never call anyone for anything. I am furious to know that my items were donated without my permission. My paperwork indicated that I would come back the next day to pick up the unwanted items. I was not told to come in, I was told they would call and now my stuff is gone. I will never consign with Katelyns closet again!
