My husband and I both had bad experiences here. My hair was not cut the way I'd requested it to be, but he probably didn't hear me tell him what I wanted since he was too busy talking to everyone and taking phone calls. My husband had to return twice after his initial cut for them to fix it. They didn't do enough to appease him, and when he told them he'd never return, they didn't seem to care.
