Very unprofessional cut. Woman didn't follow my instructions on how I wanted it cut. Did show a picture. Walked out of there with my hair completely uneven. My hair is so messed up. To afraid to have them fix it. They Wouldn't give my money back. Going to have to pay someone else to fix it. I will have to wait all summer to grow this mess out or have it much shorter than I wanted it. Think twice about going there.
