I am only giving this store 2 stars because I found my wedding dress but when is comes to their customer service they shouldn't get any stars. Last Febuary of 2013, I found the dress of my dreams. It is the one and only dress I put on. I made an appointment to come back in April to try on the dress in White since the one they had there was Ivory. Did everything that was asked. I come in April my dress was not there. No one knew where it was. They stated that they could order it again. I went along with this because this was the only dress I wanted. As I was filling out the paperwork AGAIN, I was told not to get my hopes up because they might not be able to get the dress. First of all no one should ever tell a Bride that and second I did my research first. I could order the dress directly from the designer, so no matter what I could get this dress. Even if Group USA didn't have it in their stock. Finally when the dress comes in they it didn't fit. They stated to me that the sample I tri more

I bought my wedding dress here, and found everything needed for my bridal party here too---dresses, shoes and jewelry. The prices were very reasonable. If you have a wedding to shop for or even a prom to shop for, don't pass it up. more

Group USA is located in the Franklin Mills Mall. They have a wide variety of dresses for any special occasion and proms. Their prices are affordable. more

I think Goup USA has beautiful clothes for everyone. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The customer service department is always helpful and knowledgable about clothes that suit the individual. more

this store has a wide variety ,womans clothing from everyday to formal, wedding ect. the store is very large,prices are wonderfull.there formal wear can not be ordered so if you are looking for a small wedding party it's a great place.however if you are having a larger wedding its not the place. large variety of prom dress's. and there everyday clothing is wonderfull. PROS: great pricing , large variety CONS: not alot of sizes for large weddings more
