I am only giving this store 2 stars because I found my wedding dress but when is comes to their customer service they shouldn't get any stars. Last Febuary of 2013, I found the dress of my dreams. It is the one and only dress I put on. I made an appointment to come back in April to try on the dress in White since the one they had there was Ivory. Did everything that was asked. I come in April my dress was not there. No one knew where it was. They stated that they could order it again. I went along with this because this was the only dress I wanted. As I was filling out the paperwork AGAIN, I was told not to get my hopes up because they might not be able to get the dress. First of all no one should ever tell a Bride that and second I did my research first. I could order the dress directly from the designer, so no matter what I could get this dress.
