Glen Allen Towing & Recovery

Not sure about these other people but I called this towing company and had the best service ever considering my situation. Given in was 28 degrees outside and my car wouldn't run, I waited less than 30 minutes and they were there to help me. They young man who helped me was Mike and he got me into his truck right away and took great care of me. I'm glad to say that if I ever break down (hopefully that won't happen again) I know Glen Allen will take great care of me. Also the lady in the office, Rita (I think) was very nice and polite. 5 stars considering my bad day. more

You better hope that you do not break down and the police do not call this place. 75.00 for a jump. Are you kidding me?and it did not even work. Waste! But we had to get it off the road. Whatever. And ""they did us a favor for not charging for the tow to a parking lot"" that was by the way 100 yards away. Thanks Glen allen towing and recovery. You took Christmas from our children. After waiting to get our car back, had to wait around for them to find keys. They wanted me to sign papers saying that everything was in the car, and no damage BEFORE being able to look at it! Who in their right mind would sign something, without knowing if what they are signing is true? Had to park the car and go pick up my wife who was at work still. Was told that they were going to clean the white writing off of the windshield, the guy who pulled it out told me several times, ""yeah I am going to clean it off, it will be clean before you get back."" Only to come back and find it NOT cleaned off. Not only did he not do what he said he was going to do, but he was just straight up rude! I know that if I need a tow, I know that I will NOT be calling this company! Nice tagline too, ""We are not big, we are better."" Nice try, but you aren't fooling me! Glen Allen was called by the local police to tow both vehicles involved in the accident. After many stops and starts to get their truck in position, they finally managed to finally get the first vehicle up on the bed of the truck. This means that mine was forced to be dragged behind on the tow bar. In order to accomplish this, they ripped off body parts and threw them in the back seat of the car, increasing the repair costs to the vehicle. They were very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the substandard behavior extends to the office staff. I stopped by to pick up my personal items the following day. The office staff was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. They immediately treated me as though I was trying to cheat them out of their tow bill. I am a decent hardworking person that had money to pay the bill. They were so busy talking about collections and people that try to cheat them that they could not be bothered to give me the invoice so I could pay and get out of there.
