Glen Allen was called by the local police to tow both vehicles involved in the accident. After many stops and starts to get their truck in position, they finally managed to finally get the first vehicle up on the bed of the truck. This means that mine was forced to be dragged behind on the tow bar. In order to accomplish this, they ripped off body parts and threw them in the back seat of the car, increasing the repair costs to the vehicle. They were very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the substandard behavior extends to the office staff. I stopped by to pick up my personal items the following day. The office staff was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. They immediately treated me as though I was trying to cheat them out of their tow bill. I am a decent hardworking person that had money to pay the bill. They were so busy talking about collections and people that try to cheat them that they could not be bothered to give me the invoice so I could pay and get out of there. In short - don't go there!!\r
