Terrible Job!!! Company owner did the work and at the first rain the gutters pulled the trim away from the fascia. When he arrived to do the repair he explained he used screws that were too short to penetrate through the trim into the fascia causing the damage. He used longer screws that pulled the trim into the fascia but it is still damaged and vulnerable to water damage. I'm repairing his repair myself because I believe he would do more damage. Sloppy crimping on the end caps too. He also talked about he was semi-retired and didn't need the work. My first inkling of trouble during the installation. more

Great job!!! 7/14/2009

This company did what I wanted, not what other gutter companies wanted to do. Did not do the ""Little Lady, I know best"" treatment. Answered my questions, explained what would work & not waste my money. The crew young, mid twenty's, but knew their stuff, did the job quickly, cleaned up their mess & some other stuff that was around my house, polite & hard working. With the recent rain, everything worked great...thinking of having them do more work..rain water collection system to use what rain we do get in the future. Will recomend this company!! & use them myself. Pros: Did what I wanted with installation of gutter system. Cons: Not enough rain to fully test gutter system more

Follow-up Support Lacking 1/14/2008

The installation was done sloppy. They used young men who joked around too much. The owner came out and installed my screened in porch and did an excellent job. He was very good and personable so that is why I am giving it 3 stars. I have been trying to get them to come out for at least 4 months to fix the gutters where they were not installed correctly at the seams and they are leaking ( and have been since installed). They also used some stainless steel screws and some that rusted. The ones that rusted are now dripping rust down in streaks. Pros: If you can get the owner to do the work or someone with experienct Cons: they cancelled and missed appointments to fix work and I still ned repairs. more
