Ok, I don't exactly know what to call this type of cuisine, but it is a genious idea, and I would start one of my own if I had the capital. It's basically a make-your-own-stir-fry place. You prepare all of the vegetables, sauces, meat, and noodles that you want in it, hand it to the chef, and they cook it for you. You can get one dish for i think $10, and all you can eat dishes for $11. I can never complain about the food, not just because it is always good (which it is) but because I designed it myself. The service is quick, but the place is very busy.
