Flat Top Grill located in Evanston, Illinois is a buffet style restaurant where you can make your own meals. You load up a bowl with your choice of rice or noodles and add your choice of vegetables. Then you add their signature sauces. In another bowl you add your choice of meats from chicken, beef, shrimp, seafood, etc. Then you bring it all to a chef and he cooks it for you on their flat top grill. It is very reasonably priced and is quite delicious.
