High Outrageous prices 4/13/2011

Prices are not posted and the rates are obscene. They don't post them because they know they are too high. Please beware of this place. They don't care if you come back or not. I left many messages and the owners have never bother to return my call nor did the manager care that I was upset. They told me it was my fault that I didn't get the prices up front. They would rather keep your belongings then to reach a compromise to resolve the issue. I will never go back there. more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3/23/2011

I have never experienced such horrible customer service from dry cleaners before. A $100 shirt was ruined and I was told there was nothing they could do about and that the manager could try to speak to the owner but cant guarantee anything. I asked her if i could speak to anyone else and I was told her or nothing more
