Install new water heater 10/8/2016

I purchased a new water heater through Home Depot and Scott Gates did a great job un-installing the old one & installing the new one. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and I felt very comfortable having him work inside my home. He left the site clean, tidy and hauled away the old unit. The people I talked to/worked with at Fast Water Heater were great and I appreciate their help. more

Excellent service 9/27/2016

Scott was personable, super skilled, efficient and fun to watch work ( and didn't charge me extra for asking lots of questions!). I like to know how things work and he was most patient explaining what the various components did and what I might need to do down the road to maintain the new water heater in tip top shape. I highly recommend this company. more

New Water Heater 9/24/2016

Called one day(Friday), got service the next. It was beautifully done in a short period of time, and Tim provided me with affordable upgrade option which I decided I would like to have done. Travis was pleasant and I am sure it was him who made my garage look like nothing had ever happened. I was very pleased with the service. Very professional. I would use them again more

A really "fast" water heater company! 9/9/2016

Early on the morning of Saturday, Sep 3rd (beginning of the 3-day Labor Day weekend), our very old water heater sprang a leak. We called the company and were amazed that we were able to get an appointment that very afternoon! Tim B. and Travis even arrived ahead of schedule and, after explaining our options, set to work. The job was done quickly and efficiently and my wife and I were very impressed. Very grateful for the quick response and professional work. more

    If you prefer to have an estimate done first to make an informed decision, we are happy to arrange an estimate for no charge. And, if you find a professional installation service that will do the same work for less, we will beat their price by 5%.
