Water Heater Purchase and Installation 8/25/2016

If ever you need quick, personable, professional and reasonable Fast Water is the company. I had called Sears who told me I would have next day The contractor they engaged A! Installation called and set Sears could not schedule for them, Sears did not know their schedule and that the water heater was not available and could not be delivered until Sept 1st if then I explained that we were dumping water frequently day and night made no difference So I called Home Depot they put me in contact immediately with Fast Water and today(next day by 2 pm all complete and at a much reduced cost!! Could not be more happy with everyone I dealt with and especially the installation technicians Tim and Travis!!!, more

Good install 8/23/2016

Tim and Travis came to install a new hot water heater and take the old one away. New install looks great and they did a good job cleaning up. Both knew what they were doing and worked well together. Tim was all business - almost too focused on the job and not as much on customer relations. Travis was more balanced on the job focus and customer relations. Between the 2 I got my questions answered and they went over what we needed to know. more

Hot water Heater Replacement 8/12/2016

Had a leaky hot water heater. Call these guys and got an appt. the following morning. Tim and Travis arrived on time and were complete in a bit more than 2 hours. Very professional. Good job. more

Water Heater Replacement 7/27/2016

I do not have enough good things to say about Tim and Fast Water Heater Company! Extremely knowledgeable, fast, and everything was done right the first time. Tim and his assistant left the space around the water heater cleaner than when they got there. Everything was laid out nicely and it looked really good, compared to the old water heater that looked like it was kind of thrown in there. Even though the temperature is set to 120 degrees it's a warmer 120 degrees than the old water heater. I guess it was time for a new one. I recommend Fast Water Heater Company and would not hesitate to call them in the future! more
