Early on the morning of Saturday, Sep 3rd (beginning of the 3-day Labor Day weekend), our very old water heater sprang a leak. We called the company and were amazed that we were able to get an appointment that very afternoon! Tim B. and Travis even arrived ahead of schedule and, after explaining our options, set to work. The job was done quickly and efficiently and my wife and I were very impressed. Very grateful for the quick response and professional work.
