Love my Acura dealership! 3/20/2010

The employees at Acura of Portland are always very nice, thorough and efficient. I can get my car in and out of the shop quickly, and can always trust that my car will be well taken care of. I've never had better experiences with a dealership than the experiences I have had with this one. I won't go anywhere else! Pros: Best service ever more

The service consultant takes the time to make sure he/she understands what your concerns are - and takes the extra time and effort to explain what was done to your car. Top notch auto maintenance! They also have a nice waiting room if you need/want to wait. Pros: They take care to make sure you are satisfied. Cons: It's not your discount car maintenance place more

Great Service 3/8/2010

Had my rear brakes serviced and was in and out in 1.5 hours with friendly service at competitive prices. It was a pleasant experience, which is not always the case when your car is serviced. They even washed it, too. Pros: Great Service at a Good Price more

I received an email and two phone calls reminding me of my scheduled appointment. The service guy was very polite and professional, but asked for a good review when I receive a call asking about my experience. I got another call the next day asking me to write this review in exchange for a Starbucks gift card. I'm sure I'll get a call questioning how my experience was. Holy crap; I just wanted my car serviced. Pros: Very professional and friendly Cons: Too worried about getting good reviews more

I brought my Subaru into this dealership for service instead of driving to the Dick Hannah Subaru dealership in Vancouver. Sam was very helpful, the service was quick, and I was impressed with every aspect of my visit there. I will absolutely consider bringing my vehicle there in the future! First choice for Acura service in PDX. 2/4/2010

Never any difficulty booking appointment. No pressure to upsell service options. Jason has earned my trust (really says something) with his knowledge of Acura vehicles and support of my needs. Nice amenities like free MAX tickets, and public library around corner. Nowhere near as uptight as the westside Acura dealership I used to get service done at. Pros: Supportive and knowledgable staff, efficient service. Cons: Can't think of any. more

Great place to buy and service your car 1/27/2010

Acura of Portland has been great to work with from buying to servicing my car. The customers for life program is great. Free Car washes, free rental cars, and I just received my free tires as well. They always let you know up front what to expect from your service, vacuum the front seats/floor, and wash the car every time. On the customer appreciation night after buying my car, I even met the GM's parents who had just purchased a car from their son who they were incredibly proud of, and they should be. Acura of Portland has been far above the typical expectations when visiting a car dealership. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah and Acura of Portland. I just wanted to say I received excellent customer service at Aura of Portland. I made my service appointment via the web site and shortly afterwards I received a call to confirm the appointment . Great Place to Purchase a New Car, Great Service 11/21/2009

I purchased my new Acura MDX from Dick Hannah Acura\r of Portland in 2007. I was pleasantly surprised at how \r easy it was and the low key pressure the sales man used. I felt like I could trust the dealorship from the start and would highly recommend for anyone to purchase there. Since the purchase I have had wonderful service\r from the Service Department. Joey has been the person I\r have worked with and he is always concerned that any\r problem I may have is taken care of. I would give this\r dealorship an A+ rating. Pros: Great Service Department Cons: I have to drive from Salem, though I feel it is worth it! more
