i've never been to the daily for dinner, and i think lunch only once, but as most i know will agree, the sunday brunch is the main attraction. complete with a basket of wee, yummy, adorable little pastry, two courses of always-different and ever-amazing brunch dishes. the coffee is better than most breakfast places, and refilled constantly. the servers are really efficient and even with a party of 13 once, not a single order was goofed. it can be a little loud in there, though sitting under a sea of nelson lamps and the minimal, colorful atmosphere, is divine. while the volume can make conversation tricky, it's still one of the first places i take people visiting from out of town, and always to rave reviews.\r

we generally do sunday brunch after a 7-9 mile hike/run in forest park, so we feel we've 'earned' it and can actually finish everything!
Pros: the food, of course
Cons: can be noisy, long waits not unusual at peak brunch times
