Leave these shisters alone. They made a bad situation worse with not doing the necessary follow up work with AAA when they initially damaged my car, with these dum*sses not doing the necessary follow up work to charge them for the mechanical work needed. The girl that answers the phone for the shop should not have a job. more

was in a auto accident about a month ago it was pouring down i was already late for work i needed my job sitting in my car thinking all was lost this purple tow truck puled up the guy was vary professional he told me he could have my car fixed no problem and get me back driving again when we got to the office they really helped me got me in a loner car because i did not have rental in my police the the insurance company called me a few days later saying that they were doing the job but it would take a month to fix with out that loaner car i would have had to pay 500 per week to rental a car. 3 weeks later Mr John called me saying that my car was fixed and i could come and pick it up the next day i was so pleased with how fast the work was done i hope i never get in to another accident but IF I DO I AM LOOKING FOR COX COLLISION!!! more

This is a great family buiness. I took my car there a few months back. They were very nice and on top of things. They got me into a rental the same day. They checked on me the next day to make sure I was ok from the acciedent. My car was done within two weeks. I havent had any problem with any work done to my car. The paint job and other repairs were amazing. I glad I chose Cox Collision. I will go here every time. Thanks guys for making my SUV look god agaion. more

I had gotten into an auto accident with my SUV on a Saturday. A few tow trucks had shown up on the scene, but I let COX Collision take my vehicle. Since the accident happened on a Saturday afternoon I had to wait until Monday to pick up a car rental. COX gladly took me to the car rental with no problem that following Monday. I received follow up calls updating me on the status of my vehicle and when it would be approximately ready for pick-up. I had front end fender side damages and the grille was mashed along with my multiple chrome pieces on my Durango. I was never in an accident before and I must admit I was kind of skeptica/l leery letting a tow company take my ?Baby? and I am female at that. more

They don't even deserve the one star rating.....that's being gracious. They have had my car for almost 2 months for a job that only requires 5 days to fix. They never answer the phone and when they do they NEVER know when your car will be ready. I don't understand how this place is still in business. They have no customer service skills and just have no sense of urgency. Cons: EVERYTHING more

This plce is the worst. They have had my car since May 2nd and it still isn't fixed. For two weeks I was told my car was in the paint booth and should be finished soon. And I agree the are crooks. My insurance company sent them a check for $5000 but the estimate they gave was for $4800. They are trying to keep my $200 so at this point I have to get my lawyer involved. My car was involved in an auto accident so I used Cox Collision's towing service to tow my vehicle back to their shop. First they could never give me a definite time on when my car would be ready they always kept estimating and then pushing back AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE AND EVEN THEN I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SEE THE STATUS. Anyways that's the first strike, but the second and third are they STOLE MY GPS AND MY INSTALLED SATELLITE RADIO they even tried to steal my radar detector but figured it was too much work because that was installed too. And then suddenly their tow truck driver has a new GPS? Hm... wonder how that happened. Regardless they did not own up to it and are not reimbursing me for my property. NEXT HERE'S THE BIGGIE THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPERTY INSURANCE. I REPEAT NO PROPERTY INSURANCE. That means that if anything happens to your car...OH WELL better luck next time. My truck got into an accident at 3am in front of my house the day before we were leaving on vacation. Cox was one of the several tow trucks that showed up. I requested that they tow the truck to my collision guy which they said they were happy to. I get back from vacation to find out my truck never got there and they never heard from them. So for 10 days my truck was stuck at Cox, running up the bill, doing nothing. They were all nice on the phone to me, but the company I wanted to work on my car kept getting hung up on by them. Then I stated to get the run around on the bill and paper work. So I had to leave work and go fill out paper work so I could free my care from their trap. I would not recommend these guys tow your car - much less work on the repair. more
