Review content:
My car was involved in an auto accident so I used Cox Collision's towing service to tow my vehicle back to their shop. First they could never give me a definite time on when my car would be ready they always kept estimating and then pushing back AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE AND EVEN THEN I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM TO SEE THE STATUS. Anyways that's the first strike, but the second and third are they STOLE MY GPS AND MY INSTALLED SATELLITE RADIO they even tried to steal my radar detector but figured it was too much work because that was installed too. And then suddenly their tow truck driver has a new GPS? Hm... wonder how that happened. Regardless they did not own up to it and are not reimbursing me for my property. NEXT HERE'S THE BIGGIE THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPERTY INSURANCE. I REPEAT NO PROPERTY INSURANCE. That means that if anything happens to your car...OH WELL better luck next time.
