I have been a customer of Continental Diamond for a few years. I am always amazed with the friendliness of the staff. my experience today with their watch repair shop was super. I brought mt wife's watch in today to have the battery replaced. They always do much more than just the replacement. They will also buff out any scratches. because of the extra time it will generally be a couple of days before it is worked on. Today they noticed I am from Burnsville. The individual doing the service took care of everything while I waited. Outstanding! This is a jewelry store like no other in terms of service, plus they sell the best stuff. more

Customer Service + Value = Amazing Experience 10/15/2010

I can hardly begin to describe the excellent service and value I received at CD in St. Louis Park. Susan and Andy are the best. A super selection of watches coupled with a relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable staff leads to an exceptional buying experience. I needed time to deliberate on my choices and it was no problem. I picked up my watch a week later and was very impressed. It was easily THE best buying experience I've had. Thanks to Susan and Andy, again. You can bet I'll be returning in the future. more

Continuing Great People and Service 9/28/2010

I have been to and worked with Continental Diamond before. I returned today for several reasons: an appraisal, some advice and to look for a new ring as mine had been lost. I had called yesterday and spoke with Beth, who answered my questions and I told her I would be in today. WOW!!! She, like anyone you'd deal with there, just took the time that was needed, helped with some issues regarding the lost ring and made excellent suggestions regarding a new one. She also gave her [expert!] opinion on what would probably look best on my [not so young] hand. It never ceases to amaze me how EVERY time I've dealt with them, they are professionals in every way. Why anyone would go anywhere else when they are the epitome of what a business should be, is beyond me. Thanks for letting me have my say! more

Fantastic Experience 9/21/2010

I was getting ready to purchase an engagement ring and a friend recommended Continental Diamond. I have never received better advice. I walked in not knowing anything about diamonds and Jane of Continental Diamond patiently answered all of my questions and could not have been nicer. I ended up getting the perfect diamond, at a great price. I then had to have an antique family ring altered to fit the new diamond. I was nervous about having the ring altered, but Continental Diamond was able to do all the work and the ring looked beautiful, better than brand new. The tears of joy running down my fiancé’s face when I gave the ring to her, confirmed that I had gone to the right jeweler. It was such a fantastic experience that I will always recommend Jimmy, Jane and the entire Continental Diamond staff to anyone that has jewelry needs. more

The sales staff was not pushy but was very knowledgeable and the prices could not be beat by anyone in town (not even online retailers).
