I am TOTALLY satisfied with the service and product I received from Monique’s White Diamonds. My fiancé and I shopped around at several jewelers in the Twin Cities area for an engagement ring and Monique provided personal service to help us create the perfect ring. I was able to choose the band style, setting, engraving, and diamond with the result of an absolutely beautiful and unique ring that still takes my breath away. The service that Monique gave both me and my fiancé was outstanding – returning emails promptly and going above and beyond to be sure we are satisfied. The quality of the product is amazing, I have gotten compliments on my ring by strangers! I DEFINITELY recommend Monique’s White Diamonds for anyone who has been searching for high-quality, unique, and beautiful jewelry!

Everything about Continental Diamond was amazing! I originally went to Wedding Day, Shane Co and Jared first. After looking at these places and having difficulties, I called Continental... I wish I had gone there first.
I went to Continental and it was way better than everywhere else, from friendliness of staff, selection and without a shadow of doubt... price!
The owner and the consultant I worked with, Holly Weston, were amazing! They took the time to answer all of my questions with no pressure and helped me to find the best deal within my budget. They are more concerned with making sure you get the best deal / ring possible, then making , "The huge sale"!
Every other place I went to wanted to upsell me, charge me hidden fees and basically were more concerned about making as much money as possible, instead of helping me to get what I wanted!!!!
I would and will recommend Continental Diamond to anyone who wants to find the perfect ring at the perfect price!!!

With such a beautiful store, I thought I would feel intimidated, but the staff at Scheherazade was friendly and informative, and let me just look around. The unique selection is unlike anything I've seen at other stores- I was able to browse what was on display, ask questions and see up close the work that goes into the gorgeous designs. I'm comfortable shopping for jewelry there, that's my place, I like it very much.

I haven't been to this store yet but today I called for info on crystal beads. The gal was extremely knowledgable (I am not)and asked plenty of questions so she could locate exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be visiting this store soon and bringing along my sister to shop. All because of the customer service offered on the phone. Congrats!

My husband bought me a Hearts on Fire diamond ring for our 25th anniversary from Scheherazade last month. It is by far the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen. The ideal cut along with the perfectly set crown angle makes it sparkle so much! Their staff was very helpful in explaining their different diamonds and rings. They always have great jewelry and service.

We had such a great experience with Wixon Jewelers. We bought my engagement ring there, as well as the bands. I highly recommend it. The folks there don't work on commission, which means they don't try to upsell, they are super helpful, the selection is awesome, and there are goldsmiths on the premises. When I first got my engagement ring, it was like a quarter of a size too small. We took it in one evening (I was soooo sad, thinking they would have to take my ring for a couple of days) and one of the goldsmiths did it in an hour. And if you stop in, request my girls Gina and Connie. They were tremendously awesome and helpful.
Pros: customer service, variety
Cons: intimidating for those of us on a budge

Enough with the Tiffany & Company bashing. In regards to the other reviews...T & Co. DOES NOT even carry SI stones...no wonder they couldn't accomodate your request for an extremely mediocre stone...they only carry the best of the best...color grades D to I and clarity grades of Internally Flawless to VS2 only! Cut grades are all "excellent" (higest possible). Why? Because they don't want stones with inclusions noticable to the eye, which is exactly what you get with SI stones. In regards to the cut grade...they won't offer an AGS styled grade of 1,2, or 3 because they don't use the AGS to certify their stones! Tiffany sources, cuts, polishes, grades, and sets every single one one their stones independently. How can someone grade their own stones...isn't that a conflict of interest, you ask? Good point...Tiffany & Company does, however, provide a written guarantee that what they say on their cert is true. Even other independent grading labs such as the AGS and GIA WILL NOT guarantee their reports. This "disclaimer" is even printed on the back of the certs of those labs! In addition, the GIA has been splashed all over the news for a bribery grading scandal...not so at the esteemed T & Co. They have been providing the world's best jewelry since 1837 and will always be able to fit anyone's budget. Will it be as big as you had in mind? Depends on if you're willing to pay for the quality or if you just want a huge stone from a crappy mall jeweler that looks like somthing from your grandma's collection of costume jewelry. Oh yes, I bought form Tiffany and my wife's ring completely destroys all of her girlfriends' rings. I paid six grand...they all paid over 10 thousand. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY!

I am currently wearing and get compliments constantly from my ring that my husband bought at S Vincent - it is different, well done, and absolutely stunning!! The staff is fabulous and their items are different in a good way, immaculately thought through and executed - very worth a stop on your quest for something outside the box!
