thr drivers tell me that they can only take me to the doc. office. as i am reading that is not so. the drivers should carry7 a flyer with there services, no one seems to know what whay really is avilable. I am waiting for a phone call from your office to see what really is available, the drivers are ok. Thank you for taking me to the doc. My grandparents use this service it is very dependable they love it ...and love all the drivers they are so nice and understanding .. and if it wasent for Comfort Care my grandparents would be on the bus... we are very pleased with this service .. it is the best thing any serior citizen could ask for ... thanks comfort care Pros: July 26,2009 more

TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER 11/9/2008

THIS IS NOT A VERY DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. MY MOM GOES TO DIALYSIS THREE TIMES A WEEK FROM 6:45 A.M. TO 10:30 A.M. THE FIRST TWO DAYS THEY CAME FOR HER ON TIME THE THIRD DAY THEY PICKED HER UP FROM DIALYSIS AT APPROXIMATLY 2:30P.M. THIS MORNING 11/10 AS OF 7:10 THEY STILL HAVE NOT PICKED HER UP FOR HER 6:45A.M. DIALYSIS APPOINTMENT. THIS IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE, THIS SERVICE PROVIDER IS THE ONLY ONE UNDER HER INSURANCE. more
