We recently had our dog of 14 years put to sleep. The vet and her staff were very professional and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. She spoke with us about all the possible outcomes and gave us time to talk in private about our decision. I also loved all office cats roaming around the office. I highly recommend this veterinarian's office.

Castle Hills Infusion Center is great. Staff is very friendly and professional. They were the ONLY infusion center I could find that would let me order my remicade through my pharmacy plan. Every other one I talked to would only do the infusion if I bought the remicade through their office. The cost would have been 10 times greater. Highly recommend for your medical needs.
Pros: People and flexibility
Cons: Billing system could use work but people are willing to help

I took my beloved pet to the ER it stayed for a week and recovered for parvo. Yes i did have to pay a great deal but Being a responsible pet owner, I know that emergency rooms ARE going to be more expensive. I have many pets and it is great to know there is a place at night were i know my pets will be taken care of.
I love my pets and treat them as if they were children.
If you Choose to have a pet you choose to pay for their care. If you can not afford it, get a fish.

Dr Odmark treated me for seasonal Allergies using a technique called NAET. For over 3 years now, i have had allergy free days and nights, and only one re-occurrence of allergy symptoms. At that time, i called up his office and set an appt and the next day was again allergy free.
It is expensive, i admit, but VERY VERY WORTH IT! No more claritin, claritin-d, shots, kleenex or frustration. You will not regret visiting his office and working with him and his awesome staff!

Dr. Olkowski was terrible the way my son and I were treated, he looked at us as if he didn't even want to speak to us, my son was asking for help mentally . Well we had set up an appt and to find out this doctor didn't see substance abuse patients, what does that tell you about there office people. No communication . Then he didn't even bother to refer us to anyone all he said was well there must be a doctor that can help you around this building. Off he went showing us the door., To find out he moved out of town this month. Believe me, these doctors just look for a paycheck, do not care to take care of patients. OH! and he even saw the sales rep before he took us in. Ha!

Banfield is amazing! They have not only a great staff and wonderful vets they provide affordable health insurance for your pets. For a set monthly fee you can have a great protection over your family pet. They get checkups, shots for no extra charge. For any medications they may need or any procedures then a discount is given if you have one of the three types of health insurance they offer. They also allow a great drop-off and pickup system when your pet is receiving shots and if they find anything wrong with your pet they will call before performing any procedure.

This pharmacy is family run and has the feel of an old days pharmacy. They are VERY friendly in the pharmacy and are willing to go beyond the call of duty. They have a copy machine to make copies , and they have over the counter products. They are reasonably priced on certain items and a little overpriced on others but it is to support a local business.

The staff at Alamo Family Medical are very friendly and helpful. They have 2 doctors on staff and each one is good. They return calls when you have questions and really helped research several types of medications before deciding on which one was needed for me. They also are very good at giving a referral if it is needed and talk to other co-workers to find the best place to send you to. Front office staff is very helpful. They also are able to draw blood on site and don't have to go to a lab for the work, which is really nice.
