Quick Response to A/C Issue 9/15/2016

The response during the holiday weekend was quick and the diagnosis of the problem was correct. However, part (compressor) was not available and we had to wait two days for repair. We have requested a bid on total replacement of system but have not received a reply. more

TOTALLY SATISFIED 9/11/2016

I have been very impressed with Comfort Air since I ask them to come to my house and give me a bid for a new AC System. The installation was well planned and well done. Their install team were very careful and made sure they did not bump walls or get anything dirty. They took great care to protect the carpets. The thing I am most happy with is the service after the sale. The Service Team is better than anyone I have ever used. The techs are prompt and polite and have always fixed the problem the first time. I have them now providing me with service on a second unit that was purchased from a former company that I had previously used. more

Comfort-Air really exceeded my expectations. They came by on the weekend for an emergency repair. The technicians arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with. They fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up. Very professional. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. more

Fixed lead pipe under toilet. 9/7/2016

We were having water dripping from the ceiling of our lower bathroom, and after investigation determined that the dripping happened after the upstairs toilet was flushed. The plumber located the problem -a rodent had chewed through the soft lead pipe under the upstairs toilet and left three holes. After removing some sheet rock, he patched the holes and re-installed the toilet. The work was done quickly and we are back in business again. more
