We were having water dripping from the ceiling of our lower bathroom, and after investigation determined that the dripping happened after the upstairs toilet was flushed. The plumber located the problem -a rodent had chewed through the soft lead pipe under the upstairs toilet and left three holes. After removing some sheet rock, he patched the holes and re-installed the toilet. The work was done quickly and we are back in business again.
