Outstanding technical work and support 3/13/2016

I have a water source heat and cooling system that is very different from conventional heating and cooling systems. When I have trouble with it, I have great difficulty finding a service company that will work on it. Until I called Comfort-Air. After an initial trip to get familiar with what they were dealing with, they sent a senior level technician (Robert) who did a thorough job of investigating and diagnosing the problem. A member of Comfort-Air's management team took interest in my system and participated in the evaluation and repair. This team was very effective at getting to an understanding of the problem (a leak in the water system) and correcting it (replacing a corroded accumulator tank). They are my go-to company now for heating and air conditioning problems. more

We have had Comfort Air service our equipment for about 5 or 6 years and have always gotten good service from them. We would highly recommend them. more

A pleasant experience! 2/26/2016

I had scheduled a spring a/c check for a specific time, and the technician, Maz, was right on time! He was polite, friendly, and took the time to explain to me things about my a/c system. It is refreshing to know that a scheduled service call will be honored: the tech shows up on time, the work is done in a timely and neat manner, and I have complete confidence in the company and its services. more

The first generation of Freund's took care of all our AC/Heating needs. Now the second generation of Freund's are taking care of AC/Heating/Plumbing needs. more

Polite, efficient, prompt 1/7/2016

We recently purchased a semi-older house (1985) and had to a do a total rehaul on the duct work. The guys that came out arrived a few minutes early (which to me, means on time), started work immediately, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were extremely polite and provided us with updates as they went. The air-flow in my house improved drastically, as did the quality of air. No more dusting every single day and no more constant coughing and sneezing! We can't thank Comfort Air enough for the quality of work they provided. more

Air conditioning not working. 1/4/2016

We call Comfort Air as the air conditioning was not operating correctly. System could not maintain set temperature. After diagnosis, the evaporator coil was leaking Freon. Comfort Air replaced the evaporator coil under extended warranty. Was very happy with quality of work, courtesy of technician and Comfort Air in general. Comfort Air installed the system originally and has maintained the system since new. more
