Clean Plus Cleaners

The customer is always wrong at this establishment. After opening my laundry at home and finding it smelled unclean, I took it back and the woman who owns and operates this place refused to wash it again. That was a few years ago, and I didn't go back until recently when I decided to try their alterations and took in a pair of new, expensive slacks. When I put the altered slacks on at home, one leg was nearly an inch longer than the other. I took them back to be fixed, and the owner refused to do it, saying she didn't have time and rudely threw my money back. I wasted an hour and a half of my time going there, being fitted, picking them up and now have unwearable slacks after waiting to get them for nearly two weeks. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed. Nearly a week later when I went to pick them up, they were not finished. Apparently, the owner had forgotten to do them although I had already paid for the alterations. The owner would not give me a discount on her mistake and stated that she would not be held liable for her mistakes! This was terrible customer service, AND she also hemmed my pants too short. I would not advise anyone to go there to get their pants hemmed! more
