Nick Cochrane is the owner and I had a great experience with him. He helped me get my daughter in-state-tuition, then he sold us a condo on 26th. The experience was spectacular. He had the inspector, mortgage company and title company. All I had to do is read reports and send my check. I suggest anyone looking for properties to buy to call Nick Cochrane. He also helps students get residency. more

rats, ants, no hot water (1.5 weeks), no heater (6 weeks)...these are the occurrences that i've run into the past 6 months. after talking with fellow tenants, it's apparently been that way for a while. and the management is so unresponsiveness and downright rude. i'm not sure how they rate themselves #1 on their website. move in at your own risk. you'll be happier if you don't. take my word for it. more

Have you ever had a nightmare that you just could NOT wake up from? Well if you rent or buy from Campus & Central Properties you will feel like that! The companies owners make the business horrible. They write good reviews for themselves in an attempt to make the company look better. Campus & Central is ran by scam artists. The company is unethical and will do anything to cover up there wrong doing. Everything about this company is horrible. No customer service, no ethics, no respect, no maintenance help, no way to contact anyone and NOTHING IS AN EMERGENCY. Rent & or buy at your own risk! ¿Has tenido una pesadilla que no podía salir de? I leased property from Campus and Central Propoerty for 9 months. Their service was horrible. Our washer was broken for almost 2 months before they fixed it. Thier maintanence of the house was horrible as well. The restroom on the top floor was so dirty and grimey before moving in. IN addition they witheld our deposit over the 30 days without any reason. ITs been almost 3 months since we've moved out and we are still fighting with them over our deposit. RENT AT OWN RISK. They just dont care about you, just your money more
