Nick Cochrane is the owner and I had a great experience with him. He helped me get my daughter in-state-tuition, then he sold us a condo on 26th. The experience was spectacular. He had the inspector, mortgage company and title company. All I had to do is read reports and send my check. I suggest anyone looking for properties to buy to call Nick Cochrane. He also helps students get residency.

Dobie Center is a combination dormitory, shopping mall, and movie theater located right next to the UT Austin campus. It is a popular hang out. The dorm is very expensive and not really worth the money that they charge. The food in the mall is a nice change and the theater is nice when you want to get away once in a while. Overall rating is good.

Instead of trying to sell me a house that I couldn't afford Jack listened to our needs and then found suitable houses in our price range. Jack also helped us find the right financing options. I have found Leigh Ann Prewitt to be most honest, nicest, funniest, patient Realtor around. She really does care about the people she works with and she is always there to help. I have used her many times to look for and put offers on homes. Even when things seem to get tough she is right there though the whole thing. I will not use anyone except for her because of her integrity.

Haustein Property Company has been in business 15 years. They do property management for single homes, apartments complexes and duplexes. They work with owners that have 1 property to 50+ properties. HPC also has their own on-staff maintenance company which is available to the owners for use on their properties. They also do leasing for their owners and will take care of finding the applicants and processing the applicants so the owner doesn't have to mess with the hassle. They will handle everything and send the owner monthly reports with their checks explaining all expenses incurred in the month. Give them a call !
