Very pricey for the attitude and mis-management of schedule and teams. There is no team, at least not anymore. Save yourself some money and go to Home Depot and pick up supplies and one guy. Who cares how long it takes? Everyone loves on-going construction in their home, especially with children. I would not recommend their services in the future. more

Honestly, We Do Not Recommend you use this company for your carpet! From our experience we would recommend shopping somewhere else, we wish we would have. Terrifble Installation, Overpriced, Horrible customer service after the sale. We were supposed to have an installation crew, but only ONE guy showed up in an old pickup. Did the whole install by himself, without any stretching of the carpet anywhere, so of course we have waves in our carpet in every room. Installer cut and fit small pieces of carpet to carpet our closets, yet the ""installer"" tried to keep the large leftovers and we caught him hiding it in his pickup under our old carpet, but he denied it completely, of course, and left with it. When we tried to compain to the ""manager"", all he wanted to do was argue, denied anything and everything and was completely useless. Needless to say, they never did fix our carpet and it's terrible and needs to be completely replaced again. I could go on and on about the bad service with not one good thing to say about this company. We tried to file a complaint at the BBB, but that was a waste of time too, sending responses back and forth, with nothing being accomplished either. Just go find someone else. I'm very impressed with CC Carpet. They did great work. They came to my home and gave me a Free estimate and from the time the salesrep walked in the door I was very comfortable. I'm single and live by myself and do not like people in my home that I do not know and they were very respectful of my space. I was very unsure what I wanted to do in my kitchen and bathrooms. They showed me all my options and gave me advise on what would look good with the colors I picked for my walls. I was sold on the tile and it was at a great price! Way less than I thought it would be. The installation crew was wonderful. They let me watch over them the whole time and made sure I liked what they were doing. Had them come out to estimate a small room. They refused to leave a copy of the estimate. They would only leave sq footage & total cost on a business card. This rang some alarm bells so I went back and measured the room. They padded the sq. footage by 25% ( 312 sq. ft. vs. 250 sq. ft.) This is huge since we were looking at $6 sq. ft carpet! They also say ""cost of everything is included"" but when estimator arrived, said would charge extra for $54 extra for old carpet removal & $50 to move a flat file & $25 to get under the water heater. I decided that my house needed a change and I wasn't excatly sure what I wanted to do or who I wanted to go with. I had serveral quotes and decided to go with the best company. I went with CC Carpet because I heard great things about them from my neighbors and coworkers. The people at CC Carpet were great. They helped me through this process. I was going to do one room with wood and do the rest at a later time. When the rep for CC came out to my house, I realized that I could do the whole house now with their financing instead of doing one room at a time. It was more convenient for me to do it all at once and get it over with. The wood was installed last week in the living room and 3 bedrooms. The wood installers were very nice and neat. The house looks great. It was just what it needed, a fresh new look. I'm glad I went will CC Carpet. I would do it all over again. I called for a free at home estimate and they were able to come out the very next day and then install the carpet the next day. I have a lot of rent houses and I was needing carpet in a hurry when the tenants left unexpectedly and the home in a wreck. The customer service at Cc Carpet was great. Our salesman was on the phone with the office making arrangments and getting everything finalized while at our home and doing everything he could to help us out when we were in a time crunch. We found carpet that was in stock and we had it installed the very next day. Everything went perfectly and our home was rented the next day, which saved us time and money. I recently had new granite countertops installed by CC Carpet. From the initial review of our needs, through the measuring and installation process, CC Carpet's team performed above our expectations. In the end, we are amazed at the transformation of our home and the beauty that has been brought to it by CC Carpet. We are now in love with our kitchen. I had carpet and wood installed through my entire house. First of all I would like to say we are extremely pleased with the color and quality of the carpet. Second, my sales rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to make sure I knew about all the different products. Third, your installers were absolutely the best! They arrived in the allotted time and it was obvious from the start that these guys were pros. They were courteous, professional and just extremely nice. It was obvious that CC Carpet took great pride in there work. It's not often these days that you get this kind of service. We are going to have our counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom done in the future and we will definitely come back to CC Carpet. more

We are still working to get our carpet RE-INSTALLED because they put in a house full of carpet that did not have the stain guard that we ordered and paid for. The manager, Keith has been rude which doesn't surprise me since I talked to a manager, Ray, in the Dallas office and she was very rude. This has been on-going since 9/07. We are told we will have it taken care of soon, but no word and Keith does not return phone calls. We have to pack our house up again and move out for a couple of days to deal with this, whenever they replace it, and they cannot take care of moving furniture or electronics so my husband and I will once again pay someone to come in to lift all this and get it out and then move it back in. The first install was painful: ripples in the carpet (the guy ironed a large section to ""fix"" it and it left a huge stain!), tried to take the leftover carpet, walked all over it outside when cutting it and left it covered in muddy footprints, reeked like cigarettes, left our guest bathroom so filthy that it made me sick....it goes on and on. Bottom line is, save yourself the aggravation and expense and go somewhere else. I will be filing my report with the business bureau soon so you can read it in it's entirety there. more

From my experience I would recommend shopping somewhere else, I wish I would have. Overpriced, horrible customer service after the sale. Installers were under the influence of illegal substance. Installers tried to keep the leftovers and were annoyed when i ask them to leave it with me. Appointments were not kept. VERY POOR installation as carpet was not stretched, they used many pieces gluegunned together and caught installer taking whole pieces home with him instead of using them. Manager threatened us when problems were brought up and manager was unwilling to correct problems and rude. Female owner was just as rude and unhelpful, and we were supposed to have lifetime warranty. We would not let them carpet our dog house let alone our home!
