The labor and price was changed due to all the rust that was on the truck. We explained it to the customer and showed him. We also did not charge him the full amount of time it took to fix his truck due to rust issues. Sorry he has to rant about an issue that was not in our control and that he was made aware of. more

Labor was twice what was quoted and twice the book cost of the repair. Part was twice the cost quoted and three times what the parts stores charge. more
