I hate Benson Honda 1/19/2013

Took my car in for service and waited in my car with no attention given to me. Went in and was treated by KENT who is absolutely hating his job and customers. Gave my coupon and waited 2.45 hrs and my car want even washed and he barked for that to be done without remorse. Cut me off in mid question RE: the results of tests done on my car and NATURALLY gave me the wrong information coz he can't read my mind, can he? ABSOLUTELY HATE BENSON HONDA. Sales and service bad mouth each other (to quote: "We have nothing to do with those service guys!") obviously they hate each other and one can see why! AND THIS IS the finance manager telling TODAY that they changed management a few moths ago! WHAT?!!! more

Good new car deal 7/10/2010

Good: We purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Benson and I wanted to thank them online for giving us a fair price on our 2001 trade-in and for the no-pressure approach during the closing.. Bad: Everything was good.. Improvements: Their waiting room was a bit crowded and small but they offered us a bottled water while we waited and were very friendly.. Other: Thanks for the low-pressure sale!. more

Great used car purchase 5/11/2010

Good: The used car staff and manager were extremely friendly to my sister and myself during the purchase. No pushiness or hard-sale tactics and Dana, our salesperson, was a true gem.. Other: As an added bonus, during our wait for the Credit union to respond back regarding financing, one of their service staff helped me for free regarding a door key issue I had on my own vehicle. Those extra things matter to me. And so I am taking the time to post my thoughts in as many places as possible to earnestly thank Dana and the service person at Benson Honda for an experience above and beyond what we were expecting.. more

Good Accord purchase from Benson Honda 9/21/2009

I was very pleasantly surprised of the low pressure sales experience from Dana at Benson Honda.  She showed me the Accord I had spoken with her about on the phone and after I decided to buy that day everything else in the process (financing, paperwork, etc.) all went very well.  This was my 2nd car purchase but my first new vehicle and although I doubt my new Accord will need to be replaced any time soon, they have earned a returning customer and I certainly recommend them to others.  Dana simply asked that if I had a good experience, if I wouldn't mind sharing it with friends or family, and so I'm doing one better and making some posts to review sites like this since she was so helpful. more
