I was very pleasantly surprised of the low pressure sales experience from Dana at Benson Honda. She showed me the Accord I had spoken with her about on the phone and after I decided to buy that day everything else in the process (financing, paperwork, etc.) all went very well. This was my 2nd car purchase but my first new vehicle and although I doubt my new Accord will need to be replaced any time soon, they have earned a returning customer and I certainly recommend them to others. Dana simply asked that if I had a good experience, if I wouldn't mind sharing it with friends or family, and so I'm doing one better and making some posts to review sites like this since she was so helpful.
